At Kesowa, we are committed to leveraging advanced drone technology to provide comprehensive and precise data mapping solutions. Our innovative approach has transformed property management, offering unparalleled insights and strategic advantages. One of our standout projects involved a collaboration with the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, where we conducted a drone-based inventory of 85 properties. This blog post delves into the details of this project, highlighting our methodology, the challenges we overcame, and the significant benefits realized by our client.

Identifying the Challenge

The Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board faced a pressing issue: out of over 300 properties, the details of 85 properties were not clearly known. There was a lack of information regarding the condition of these sites and potential improvements. Understanding the importance of accurate data for effective management and revenue enhancement, the Board sought a reliable and efficient solution.

Kesowa's Innovative Approach

Kesowa stepped in with our state-of-the-art drone technology, offering a robust solution to this challenge. Our approach involved a comprehensive drone-based survey of each property. The process included detailed videography, which provided a bird's-eye view and an in-depth analysis of the properties. Each asset within these properties was tagged and marked accurately, ensuring a thorough documentation process.

We maintained strict compliance with a legal documentation checklist throughout the survey. This meticulous approach ensured that all necessary data was captured accurately and comprehensively. The drone surveys provided high-resolution imagery and video footage, offering a clear and detailed view of the properties' conditions. This data was critical in forming a well-informed revenue enhancement strategy.

Delivering Transformative Results

The results of our survey were transformative for the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board. With the detailed data and insights provided by Kesowa, the Board was able to gain a clear understanding of the condition of all 85 properties. This newfound clarity enabled them to make informed decisions regarding property management and potential revenue enhancement strategies.

In conclusion, Kesowa's innovative use of drone technology significantly benefitted the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board. By providing precise data and actionable insights, we enabled the Board to enhance their property management strategies and improve revenue generation. This project stands as a testament to the power of advanced drone-based solutions in transforming property management and delivering tangible benefits to our clients.
